Pelligra, a nationwide development company, who purchased the former Holden's site in Elizabeth after its closure in 2017, has announced plans to create the next stage of its 'Lionsgate' development.
Plans which are currently up for public consultation via the PlanSA portal show a large retail format alongside warehousing in one of the currently standing factory buildings. The building will also include a brand-new facade, effectively renovating the largely dormant site.
In comments made to 'The Advertiser', a Pelligra spokesperson has said they are trying to attract tenants such as a 24/7 gymnasium or indoor recreation centres. The site also has listed 504 car parking spaces.
Public submissions are available online until 11:59pm on Friday 9th December.
