It is with great pleasure that we are able to share that at the recent 2019 First National SA/NT Annual Awards, our Property Manager, Nathan Janda was awarded the 2019 Property Manager Rookie of the Year.
This award is dedicated to those who enter Property Management and excel within their first 12 months in the role. This award is a sign of Nathan’s commitment to the role and his ability to handle and effectively manage a wide range of situations and maintain positive relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Tradespeople alike.
“It is a great honour to be recognised as the Property Management Rookie of the Year” Nathan said. “It has been an exciting 12 months with a number of changes to our policies and procedures in our property management department to ensure we are able to provide an outstanding quality service to all our clients and build strong lasting relationships with our tenants”.
On a lighter note Nathan jokes “I’ve never been happier to be called a rookie!”,
When asked about the future Nathan commented “the next 12 months will be an exciting but challenging one for all those in the property management field. Our legislation is currently in the process of being reviewed so we can expect a raft of changes to be implemented later in the year. A number of these changes will be welcomed and these times will demonstrate a property managers ability to interpret and understand legislation to ensure their landlords are meeting their legal obligations adequately.”
If you would like to know more or find out how Nathan can help you, he can be contacted by phone on (08) 8281 1000 or by email at pm.mail@fnsalisbury.com.au.
