In our last blog we discussed why you should get a Property Manager for your investment, and we wanted to discuss why you should choose us!
We are very well known for our exceptional property management services. Just check out our Google Reviews!
But besides just our reviews, why should you choose us?
First National Salisbury is a highly trusted and recognised network. We have been helping people buy, sell, rent and manage in the Northern Suburbs since 1991. We are a family owned and run franchise, we have a small but effective team who focus on client satisfaction. We have won many awards to prove our standard of service, including Property Management Office of the Quarter, seven times in a row!
Our Property Management team consists of Nathan Janda, our Senior Property Manager. Since taking over in 2018, Nathan has shown his exemplary ability to effectively manage property but also relationships between Landlords, Tenants and Tradespeople alike. He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Management) at the University of Adelaide and has a strong background in Legal Studies. These combined make him an incredible Property Manager to our hundreds of properties. Alongside Nathan, we have Chloe McLean, our Assistant Property Manager. She joined our office in early 2019 and quickly found she had a passion for the field. She completed her Certificate IV in Property Services and has been excelling ever since. Together they make a very strong and efficient duo, making our management team what it is today.
As we don’t have a massive team, we provide personal and professional service. We successfully build relationships with all our landlords, knowing them and not just their name. You can have confidence that if we manage your property you will have our trusted agency and great managers on your side.
So if you’re looking for a Property Manager, or think you might be interested in having your property managed and would like more information call us today on 8281 1000 or send us an email via our website.
